Why we are building it
A customer asks about a shirt on Instagram. The price is in one place, the stock in another, the order in a notebook and the payment in a bKash app. Each step is small. Together they eat the day.
We wanted the whole path in one product: the message, the order, the payment, the parcel and the stock number that changes when it ships. Local payments are first class here, not an add on, and the quiet parts, such as returns, approvals and invoices, are done properly.
